• API call logs: endpoint, parameters, timestamp, response status, latency, and credits charged
• IP address (used for rate limiting and abuse prevention)

Payment information

• Transaction records: amount, credits purchased, date, and status
• All card details are processed by Stripe. We do not have access to your full card number.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• API response data is not stored. Results are returned directly to you and are not retained.
• We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party advertising scripts.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain your account
• To process payments and manage your credit balance
• To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
• To improve service reliability using aggregate, non-identifying usage data

We will never send you marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

Payments are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. Stripe handles all card information directly. We receive only transaction confirmations.

We use third-party infrastructure providers to host and operate the service. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the service on our behalf and are subject to confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure password storage, and access controls on our infrastructure. • API usage logs are retained for 90 days.
• Payment records are retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.

• Delete your account — available in dashboard settings. This removes your account, API keys, and usage logs.

8. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. If we adopt analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

9. Children's Privacy

Nodesnack is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
